As promised, i updated the Mollom component based on recent recommendations from Dries Buytaert. Anyone that use this component, please upload the updated version. It will change nothing in your work process (except: if you do not pass the IP when checking the content, please do so) so it will be an easy change.
And now on testing results. After doing the updates, i've run that exact 747 spam records through the changed process and here are the results:
As you may see no more "no answer" there and the number of spam went to 271 from 24, while ham from 49 went to 5. But it still show 471 as unsure. I've been told by Dries taht that's a weirdly high amount of unsure records, but... that's what i have got.

The way the Drupal Mollom module works is if it gets an unsure or spam result it presents a CAPTCHA, so it's not like 'unsure' messages are allowed without challenge.
may I ask about your other experience with the Mollom?
Is there still such a big amount of the 'unsure' clasiffications, or was it fixed?
I am considering Mollom to put on my web application which I am going to launch.
I am also considering the Defensio, what you finally think is better?

i didn't do any additional comparison between the two. But what i've got is that Mollom is best used in combination with CAPTCHA. I mean that when you get an "unsure" answer, Mollom usage suppose you will use the CAPTCHA as a second step.
Because of it, for my self, i find Defensio better as it gives less "headache" with additional steps.
I still hope this is a rare case, caused by not sending all the info to the evaluation and still implementing Mollom to my website
